We have premium Yellowfin Tuna Natural and CO2 Treated. CO₂ treated tuna is processed using controlled carbon monoxide treatment during packaging to stabilize and preserve the tuna’s bright red color. This process helps maintain an appealing fresh appearance throughout frozen storage and distribution.
The treatment does not affect the flavor or texture of the tuna but allows the product to retain a consistent, vibrant color that is highly preferred for sushi bars, poke programs, and seafood displays.


Natural tuna is processed and frozen without the use of color treatment or gas exposure. The product retains its natural color, which may range from deep red to brown depending on the species and freezing process. This tuna is valued for its clean, natural processing and is preferred by buyers who want a product with no color enhancement.
