Jumbo

Jumbo crab meat contains large pieces of lump crab meat combined with slightly smaller broken pieces from the body of the crab. It delivers the same sweet flavor and delicate texture while offering strong value and versatility for high-volume kitchens.
This grade is commonly used in crab cakes, seafood stuffing, pastas, and dips where noticeable pieces of crab meat are desired.

 

Jumbo Lump

Jumbo Lump crab meat consists of large, whole muscles from the crab’s swimming fins. These intact pieces offer excellent visual appeal, a tender yet firm texture, and the signature sweet flavor of premium crab meat.
Jumbo Lump is widely used by restaurants and foodservice operators that want large, visible pieces of crab while maintaining strong yield and consistency.

 

Lump 

Our lump crab meat is a high-quality grade consisting of large, whole pieces of white body meat taken from the crab’s swimming fin muscles. These pieces are slightly smaller than jumbo but still maintain a firm structure, bright white color, and naturally sweet crab flavor.
